Eau Claire's first day resource center officially launched its capital campaign on Nov. 13. During a recent tour led by Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council's Communications Coordinator, Dale Karls, Volume One saw the in-progress, extensive renovation efforts underway within the 18,560-square-foot building.
